The scraped square slideways that provide high rigidity, the turret that features excellent vibration damping,
the rigid spindle supported by double row cylindrical roller bearings and angular contact ball bearings, and
the heavy 30° slant bed structure are essential characteristics for high accuracy and long tool life.
The high levels of rigidity are ideal for “hard turning” applications which can eliminate expensive grinding
